An album dedicated to the music and works of Saint Hildegard Von Bingen ( 1098-1179 ) the german writer, composer, philosopher, Christian mystic, Benedictine abbess, visionary, and polymath.
Besides Hildegard this album contains baroque compositions by Girolamo Frescobaldi (1583-1643 ), Jakob Froberger ( 1616 -1667) , Domenico Gabrielli (1651-1690). Finally two contemporary improvised music session with the italian virtuoso improvisors: Vito Gaiezza, Gianni Gebbia and Lelio Giannetto.
