Wonderfully modern interpretations of original tunes and old compositions. Damion Reid excels on drums as he always does, and Matt Brewer does a great job comping in an interesting way. Steve Lehman, of course, plays with a beautiful and unique tone with complexities that let you listen to the album again and again and still find more depth. Excellent album.
